Delete account
Want to leave CoachHelpr? This is what happens when you delete your account.
In the app
Go to More > Account > Delete account and confirm. That happens right away.
What we delete
We delete your account, your profile and every team where you are the only coach, with that team's players, matches and shared lineup links.
What stays
If you share a team with another coach, that team stays with that coach. Only your own account and the teams with no other coach go away. The sign-in log and the database backups may still contain your email address. We use them only for security and to restore the service.
This cannot be undone
Deleting happens at once and cannot be reversed. Make sure you want to stop before you confirm.
Without the app
No longer have the app? Mail us from the email address of your account at support@coachhelpr.app. We delete your account within 30 days.
