These terms apply to the CoachHelpr app and to this website. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
CoachHelpr belongs to Imego B.V., trading as Boostdev, in the Netherlands. You can reach us through the contact page or at support@coachhelpr.app.
The app
With CoachHelpr you make lineups as a coach, guide matches and share playing time fairly. The app makes suggestions. Who plays is up to you.
Your account
You need an account for the app. You sign in with Apple, with Google or with your email address. Keep your sign-in to yourself: what happens with your account is your responsibility. Use CoachHelpr only for what it is meant for, and do not try to disrupt the app or reach the data of other teams.
What you enter
The data you enter, such as players and matches, stays yours and your team's. Only enter data you may use as a coach, and no more than needed. Players are often children, so handle their data with care. How we handle that data is in the privacy policy.
Coaching together and sharing
If you invite a fellow coach, they see all of the team's data. If you share a lineup with a link, anyone with that link can see the lineup. You can always revoke a link.
Price
CoachHelpr is free for now. If we ever charge for the app or part of it, you will hear about it well in advance. You only pay if you choose to.
Data from the KNHB
Matches, standings and club logos of hockey teams come from the KNHB. That data can contain mistakes or lag behind. When in doubt, check the KNHB match list.
Liability
We do our best to keep CoachHelpr working well and without interruption, but we cannot promise that. The app is a tool: you stay responsible for your team. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using the app, except in case of intent or gross negligence on our part.
Stopping
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app, under More > Account > Delete account. If you misuse the app, we may block or delete your account. If we stop CoachHelpr ourselves, we will let you know well in advance.
This website
On this website we explain what CoachHelpr does. We keep everything as up to date as we can, but the texts give you no rights. If you leave your email address, you are not bound to anything. You can opt out at any time through the contact page.
App Store and Google Play
If you got the app from the App Store or Google Play, the terms of Apple or Google apply as well. For help with the app, come to us, not to Apple or Google.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you beforehand. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Law and contact
Dutch law applies to these terms. Questions about these terms go through the contact page, or mail support@coachhelpr.app.
